Greetings from HATS-Haiti.

Greetings from HATS-Haiti.

October 12, 2021 Posted by Karen Huxter 2 Comments

Luckner continues to do a good job with our HATS-Haiti mission despite difficult circumstances in the country. The situation in Haiti remains unstable and extremely difficult.

Luckner, has had our school, IMKH, up and running for awhile in our 2021-2022 school year. Too, under his supervision and guidance, the kids in our Children’s Home are all well and glad to be back at school.

Our little ones returned to bright and beautiful classrooms.

Thank you very much to all sponsors of students, and all supporters of the work of our mission. The good work continues at HATS-Haiti, with our school, IMKH; with our Children’s Home; and with our Mercy Ministry throughout the community and surrounding area. It is your support that allows this very necessary work to continue.

Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU.

May God bless all of you and all those in Haiti whose lives are being touched and helped.

Karen

I love the new facelift and the vibrant colours. The kids are thrilled, I bet.
Wow, some of the older girls are growing up quickly. Karena is as tall as Leica now and Anne is almost as tall as Josie. The older boys are growing so tall too but I am glad to see some of the younger ones haven’t taken a big jump yet, Flo and Rose grew a lot and are so cute. It is a real blessing to see them back at school and 8 will be praying they have a good safe year.

This is a wonderful, wonderful reminder and affirmation of how important Met Luckner is to HATS-Haiti, as well as the fantastic teachers, house mothers and other amazing staff. Thank you all for continuing to make INST Mixte Karen Huxter a warm, safe and valuable place for children to learn.
